Reservations
Payment Policy
This hotel accepts only guaranteed reservations. You are required to enter a valid credit/Debit card number to guarantee your reservation valid until the date of departure from the hotel. (we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners and Switch/Maestro only);
* Hotel will take pre-authorization equal to first night stay with tax to validate your credit card.
* Hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation if incorrect card details are provided
* Payment at check-in for 4 rooms and above (Group Booking) – You can modify the bookings up to 7 days before the arrival date after which the entire stay will be charged.
* No shows and cancellations within 48 hours period will be charged equal to one day stay with applicable taxes
Corporate Guests and Third Party Payments
In case the company or a third party is paying for the guest accommodation and/or extras, the company or the third party should provide this information in writing to the hotel authorizing the hotel (Astors Belgravia) to charge for the said amount, or contact the hotel for details of Third Party payment policies, please check at time of booking.
Cancellations
Standard reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to date of arrival ( Before 14:00 hrs GMT ) without penalty. A credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. Reservations cancelled on or within 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged a penalty equal to 01 night(s) room and tax charges. No shows will be charged a penalty equal to 01 night(s) room and tax charges. Please note that Special offers, Discounted Rates and Packages have different cancellation policy. Please check at time of booking.
Advance purchase bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, the full stay is fully charged at the time of booking.
Early Departure Policy
Is applicable on more than one night bookings. Guest(s) Checking out prior to the departure date will incur one night\’s charges. To avoid charges you are advised to inform the front desk before 2:00pm a day prior to your new departure date.

Pets are not allowed.
